Crowne at One Seventy

"We have lived there for a year and a half and have never had any issues. It has been quiet, safe, clean, and enjoyable. The office staff are more than welcoming, helpful, and professional. They have all been wonderful. The maintenance team has been great. They send out emails in advance of when maintenance will come by for things like filter changes so that was very helpful to always be aware and have a heads up. They are awesome with communication in general. There are good sidewalks for walking around, the pool area is nice and well kept, and the system for picking up packages was very convenient and nice to have. We are not extroverted people and stay to ourselves BUT I will say for anyone looking for fun things to do- they seem to always have good events and food trucks. All around great things to say about The Crowne at 170 and I would recommend this place to anyone."

"Goated apartment complex. Staff is polite and kind, takes care of any problems you have. Monthly events to meet the community, pet friendly, and the neighbors are terrific. Also great pool and workout facilities and a brand new Pickleball Court"

"I enjoyed living there up until I was moving out. If you have a dog plan on having to pay for new carpet even if your pet has never had an accident in the apartment. They don’t care and they DON’T test the carpet for urine, they just rip it up and expect you to pay for it. For the amount I was paying in rent, which was ridiculous to start with, on top of all the “pet rent” and pet fees, it covers nothing. I’m not the first one to have issues with the carpet being ripped out for no reason. If you can afford the price of carpet when you move out then do it, if not I would find another place with no carpet! Highly don’t recommend moving here, you’re better off getting a house, it’s was cheaper too."

"My wife, dog and cat are on our third year here and this place never ceases to impress me. The staff is so kind and attentive to any questions or concerns. Talitha is wonderful. The maintenance team is 5 star. Any mechanical issue large or small they come and fix right away and always get it right the first time. The amenities and cleanliness of the gym, office center and grounds are always first rate. From food trucks to seasonal parties and events the Crowne at 170 is the premium experience. If you come to live here you will not be disappointed you will be wow’ed."

"Me and and my wife lived here for the last 2 1/2 years. We moved in May of 2021 and left June of 2023 (our lease actually ended two months later but we left later due to moving back to Maryland to be back with family and purchasing our first home.) Crowne at 170 was honestly a great apartment complex bar when we first moved in and we had a racist neighbor (wife is South African/has a THICK Swahili dialect) who constantly called the office complaining about us regarding noise (she left thank goodness). The managers at Crowne at 170 were fantastic with notifying us about the noise complaint and were genuinely very kind with it. We did have nature noises on for our Cat and Dog which helped with the anxiety that I'm sure she probably could hear but we had a nasty run in with her at a later date where we realized that she was a bigot (this is NO fault to Crowne at 170). I cannot overstate how great those were in the office. We had a weird incident where a section of our outdoor storage unit flooded and not only did they have it fixed in a timely manner, they worked with our renters insurance and we were able to get the value back (it was a freak accident, no fault with Crowne). I think my only complaint was we had a shower and no tub but once again, we knew what we signed up for as well as the carpet not being fastened down entirely. Crowne was fantastic for us for the last couple years for us. I am very thankful how hospitable they were and overall how great all of them were to us for our time at Crowne.
