Heron Reserve Apartments

"Just saw a memo about a mandatory valet trash service coming to the property. It will be $20 per month. Maybe some of the residents who like to leave trash outside their door for days will like the service, but I always take out my own trash like I am supposed to and never leave it outside. I shouldn't be forced to pay for it. Not too long ago a memo was sent out informing residents of a potential fine for leaving trash outside their apartment. Some didn't comply and probably didn't get fined. So I guess the management thinks the solution is to not hold these people accountable and make everyone pay for their laziness. That is unfair. I won't pay for something I am not going to use. And if that means moving elsewhere so be it."

"I was looking for a one bedroom several months in advance. No one bedrooms were available at that time. Anita contined to communicate with me until one did come available. The application process was one of the best experiences I have ever had leasing an apartment. The staff was professional and the grounds were very clean and nicely landscaped. "Heron Reserve was a very well-kept property with plenty of amazing amenities. Their large pool offers later hours than most apartments in the area and has a great mix of sun and shade. The screened in patios are wonderful to keep the bugs away while enjoying time outside. Along with great amenities, they are a large dog friendly property with an on-site dog park and a nice walking trail. "Have lived here going on a year and have loved it. As soon as we toured we knew it felt like home. The apartment is spacious and was very clean when we moved in. Both the office and maintenance staff have been really nice and responsive. Our AC unit broke this past spring and they checked it out same day, and confirmed when it would be replaced later that week. Has worked great since. Amenities are great and the neighborhood feels safe. The complex appearance is kept up with as well. I never leave reviews but I've lived in a handful of apartments and this has been my best experience"
