"My family has lived here for 4 years now. The maintenance is always superb. The office staff is always helpful, and as a bonus it has always been the same group of wonderful ladies! They know my teenagers and treat them with respect and are always willing to help them out when they forgot or lost their house key and Im not home. The outside area is usually very well maintained- outside of other residents not being responsible and picking up after themselves/pets. It is generally a quiet place to live; most neighbors keep to themselves. The rent increase at the turn of a new lease has always been reasonable to market increases, which is appreciated. We will likely stay here until our freshman graduates high school."

My family moved in here from Texas May 2021 and they made coordinating that move from across the country stress free! The maintenance team is amazing as well. They are so nice and always arrive with a smile. We have food trucks and community events so there is always something going on."

The maintenance staff is amazing and my dog absolutely loves them and the attention he gets from them and the girls at the office. "I can say I love living here! I live with my boyfriend & his disabled father & they have made more than plenty of accommodations to help us! I'm still living here and wouldn't recommend any other place! Everybody has their issues when living in a "shared area", but I can say they take their job seriously. Constantly looking out for the residents & our little community. These ladies in the office are ALWAYS willing to help or listen with a smile on their face. And the maintenance crew comes within hours maybe a day or so with anything you need help with ,along with a friendly smile and a pet for your animals. I couldn't ask for more as a resident. Would highly recommend to friends and family."
