"My boyfriend and I had a marathon weekend of apartment tours, as we are relocating to the Charleston area. After the first day, nothing was catching our eye. We both got the feeling of home when we pulled into the complex, set back away from main road, surrounded by forest, and down the street from a police station. The proximity to trails was important for me as having a safe space to walk my dog. Quindrick was the best tour guide we had during our trip. He is thoroughly knowledgeable of the complex, warm, easy conversationalist, and patient as I had about a million and one questions throughout the tour; even spending additional time after we returned to look at rentable garages. We liked that the fees were minimal compared to other complexes and the application process was quick and streamlined. We did in fact submit an application and it was accepted. While we plan to rent elsewhere, it was due to a fluke deal from the matrices making the price less than at Cypress Cove for more modern interior features and more interior lighting. If this special did not exist, we would be future residents of MAA Cypress Cove. We liked the breezeways, space between units, and quietness of the neighborhood. If you are looking for a future home in the area, I would recommend taking a look. Who knows, we could be residents sometime in the future!"

"The entire maintenance staff is friendly and responsive. DJ recently replaced my water heater and went above and beyond by cleaning my carpet before I returned home from work. I appreciate his attention to detail and making sure my apartment was in as good, if not better, condition as I had left it."

The pool and workout facilities are awesome!!! The office staff are friendly and personal. I recently had a maintenance issue and it was addressed quickly. The few maintenance requests that I've submitted were all corrected extremely quickly and correctly. A huge bonus is the amazing trail system adjacent to the property for walking and bird watching."
