"I had been looking for an apartment for about a month and didn’t have much luck. I would be rushed around or just handed a packet to take home. I came to Abberly at West Ashley on a Monday morning, Justina answered all of my questions, let me walk around for a self-guided tour, and let me come back that afternoon to view the actual apartment I was looking at renting. I applied Monday night, got approved Wednesday, and moved in Saturday! I have lived here for about 4 months now and have had nothing but pleasant experiences! Quick and fast responses to my questions and maintenance requests from Eli and Justina! They are very communicative about what’s going on and call with updates for anything that we needed. Our microwave went out Thursday night, they came and looked Friday and had a new one in our unit Monday afternoon! We were informed every step of the way and were so excited to come home to a brand new microwave. The apartments are spacious and everyone is so kind! Plus, they have elevators in most of the buildings! :)"

From the apartment hunting appointment until the date I checked out the professionalism, responsiveness, and friendliness of the staff was unmatched. The office staff is always willing and able to help with any questions or issues and the maintenance is amazing. Over the 3 years I lived there I never had to wait more than 1 work day after submitting a maintenance request for the issue to get fixed. And the location itself is perfect. "

"I moved to Abberly at West Ashley recently and I am super impressed with both the office staff and maintenance staff. The office staff is super nice and very informative and were quick to help when I needed it. The maintenance staff had to come by my apartment once to fix my a/c and in a matter of 20 minutes maintenance was already at my door wearing protective gear. I had to go into another section of my apartment for about 10 minutes but my a/c was fixed in the matter of minutes it seemed. Nothing but good things to say about this team!
