"I wouldn’t trust all of the good reviews if I were you, they serve snacks and drinks in the office and then literally guilt you into leaving a good review. I think that’s so deceptive. Not to mention it’s always after bad reviews about mold issues, pest problems, and other valid complaints are left. I’ve enclosed a photo of their sign asking for a review but they also verbally pushed me to leave one and tried to get me to do it in front of them, which I refused because I’m not happy with a lot of things here. Also have enclosed pics of the dog park because they need to do something about that or not advertise as having a functional dog park."

"I had a job transfer offer in the area that ultimately fell through, but I still wanted to share my experience. Erin was extremely helpful and thorough. She made an effort to understand my needs in an apartment and found a unit and rate that worked for me. If the offer comes back around, the first person I'll be calling is Erin!"

"Everyone's experience is going to vary, I am sure, but I have no complaints. Any maintenance issues, and I have had multiple over the past 9 months, were promptly taken care of. I have had very few dealings with the front office, but have found them quite friendly and helpful. As far as amenities go, I have not taken advantage of most of the things they offer. I have not used the dog park, grills, hot tub, gym, present wrapping station, or car wash, but they look nice and up to the expected standard. The walls are thinner than I would like at times, but I usually don't hear outside noise apart from sirens. I also have not felt unsafe apart from one outlying incident of someone who was very high being confused over where he was and thinking he knew who lived in my apartment. But nothing came of that, and that one incident has been the only one. My only real complaint is that one of the entrances does not have my building number on the sign telling you which buildings are which direction, which makes delivery people get lost sometimes, but this is minor."
