I was worried moving from a single-family home into apartment life, but due to the fun and accommodating staff and great maintenance team, life was so much easier having help. "I have lived in various apartments in various places for decades. This place is got to be structurally the worst. You can totally hear all the bathroom noises day in and day out from upstairs apartment. When a toilet flushes up there it sounds like a tsunami coming through the the second bedroom wall. When my daughter came to visit but was working during the day she didn't use headphones, she used the laptop's speaker & microphone. Needless to say the meeting participants enjoyed (not) hearing all those noises. Yes it's that loud. Those 4:00 a.m. toilet flush always wake me up. Yes, you hear it in master bedroom too. They have a toddler who is constantly running until 11:00PM at night. I use headphones to listen to the TV but you can hear all that running right through the headset. I don't think the child ever goes outside! Last but not least there is a squeaky floorboard up there in the living room so anytime anybody walks on it, which is all the time, you get the creaky noise. But do know the landscaping isn't bad and the office staff seems to be friendly. 0h, and one last thing, they advertise a saltwater pool; it's not."
