"Took them almost 3 months to deal with toilet water damage that caused mold. I have health problems so this was concerning. Kitchen would be soaked with water, Couldn’t step in kitchen without getting toilet/moldy water on my shoes for over a month. They only offered $250 credit for my “inconvenience”. Told them multiple times about it and had work order requests since end of November and they are just now barely fixing it."

"Maintenance men come and go at the Enclave at Bluffton Park. Ken is a keeper!! He is here always earlier than scheduled. He is here many weekends to catch up. He is sharp and a very hard worker! Not to mention his humorous personality! He is a good fit for our community!!"

"Ken the new maintenance guy is great! He helped get our apartment fixed up. Fixed our fan and our A/C and did them properly! Our new fan does not bang around or shake like the old one, he made sure it was completely secure, even going out of his way to get extra parts to solidify it! Awesome maintenance guy. "Enclave is probably the nicest apartment complex in the area. My husband and I are really looking forward to moving to the area, and these apartments made us even more excited! Though we came in when there was a lot of activity, the property manager, Emily, still took her time to sit down with us, find out what we wanted (rather than just say what they had), and try to find the best fit. There are some apartments with attached garages, but others that you can rent even if not attached! The apartments are beautiful, and Emily even gave us some suggestions while we debated over where furniture would be placed. The kitchens are HUGE, and I LOVE that the "breezeways" are actually in doors. Everything was so clean and smelled so fresh, and not to push it, but Emily was the ONLY person in our entire search who actually showed that she cared not only about us, but about the current tenants and about the property, all at once. It was very impressive and we didn't feel like we were being "sold to". She has stayed in touch with us about what is coming up even though we don't have out definitive move date yet, but she wants to keep us updated. It's much easier than trying to call and call a leasing office that nobody ever answers or replies to your messages. We are VERY excited to move here now. It already feels like home, and Emily has done an amazing job getting us to that feeling. Thank you so much!!"

Amidst all of the new changes and challenges she has stood out and has been working diligently to help resolve some past issues and done so with such grace and professionalism.
