"Everyone is the office is so rude don’t live here."
"Whoever the Landlord is uses hostile and unprofessional staff to manage their property. I went to discuss my lease arrangement with the property manager on 02/02/2024 and 02/07/2024 as in November I found out my wife was pregnant. This has caused plans to change rather fast in my life. Unfortunately I had signed a renewal of my lease beginning August 2024 before I found out the news in October of 2023. Now due to the financial necessity of having a child we are moving closer to family at the end of our current lease in July. I tried to negotiate and exit from my renewal rather that be by going month to month or paying a fee to exit the renewal. The apartment management acted extremely unprofessional about this and tried to hide behind their staff. Management maintains I must find a sub leasee for the full year renewal period. I feel this puts unnecessary risk on me especially considering they have six months to find a suitable replacement. The management who run this place are uncaring, immoral, and seem intent on financially harming me and my family. I have tried to do my part and let them know our position, and sought a negotiated exit of the renewal given they have six months to replace me. Don’t put your living arrangements in the hands of such a cutt throat and uncaring rental management company. Find elsewhere to live. I view what this company is doing as taking food out of my unborn child’s mouth cause they are too lazy, incompetent, or immoral to find a replacement given six months time to do so. I have been a good renter paid on time and rarely complained, and when I needed something for my family this is how I was treated. What they are doing may be protected by their lease but that doesn’t make it right, especially considering I am trying to do what is right for my family and am willing to fulfill and pay out the current lease. My child is due in June I will need to move in July. This company seems dead set on hurting me and my family even though I have earnestly tried to reach agreement with them. I have received nothing but hostility, unprofessionalism, and lack of ethical concern in return. Do you want people willing to do this managing your property? This review is directed at the owner and potential renters. If the owner is an individual and not a corporation this is how your management treats reasonable people."
"If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Management is terrible. Wifi is included in the amenities and it goes out all the time. Even though the management is the internet account holder, they don’t bother calling Vyve and getting it fixed. They want the renters to call the internet company. Seems like they pick and choose who they are nice to or who they give good service to. They Most definitely NOT give college students good service. It took them months to paint the front door adage we moved in ( had splatter and egg shells on it when we moved in ). The front door keypad kept malfunctioning and they kept suggesting we didn’t know how to operate it. We kept putting in new batteries and we were still getting locked out. Until they finally replaced the key pad."
"These are the most Racist Incompetent Folks I’ve met. They try to talk to you all kinds of ways but get scared in the process. They do not care for keeping up the units! It is NOT worth the money or hassle! And if you’re African American I’ll suggest ANYWHERE Else near GSU but not the ISLANDS!!!!!!!"
