Harbour Landing

"I'm currently waiting for my lease to expire.Every few months there's someone new in the office.When you call they never answer the phone.There is always trash on the property along with big items of furniture.This is the worse place I've ever lived.All they care about is getting that rent.This place is an eye sore and the county needs to come out and take a look at this place.The buildings are in need of a good powerwashing and the list goes on.Do not move out here, pay the extra money and go somewhere else.The maintenance guy is very nice and always takes care of maintenance issues, but other than that I wouldn't recommend harbour landing to anyone"

"I feel like this place of business is very crooked and they conned me out a hundred and 34.00 dollars they never gave me a receipt stating that I paid for my application I never got a receipt for my administration not just only that I asked if they received my payment they never knew about the payment also I had to pay another $84 for some papers that was never processed for them to to send me a letter saying right after me and Mrs. Doris hung up now I'm denied soon as I hung up with Kris Doris . I felt like this place of business was not professional and I need to get information to get my money back. The whole time they kept telling me I had the apartment and that someone was repairing it. Which I never looked at the apartment for her to say that someone is still living in that apartment"

"Worst experience at a rental that I have ever had. We only came up there because they were suggested to us by their sister property. When we showed up there we were not be greeted by the property manager and she continued her phone conversation for the next 10 minutes while we stood by waiting to be serviced. she never stated that she would be with us nor even acknowledged us. Don’t waste your time or your money"

"Better to be homeless than living in this apartment. Been here from last 7/8 month and never had AC woking. Feels like living inside oven. Every you ask for maintenance staff front desk end up saying we are short staff. Our bath tub sucks, ceiling pains came off. Guys, let unite unite sue this freaking management. It is too much. Can’t pay 900.sth for this trash. Their Front Desk manager and front desk is useless and inactive."

"This is the worst management I have ever dealt with. They have given me the run around from the start. I was told to pay a deposit for an apartment of $500. I paid application fee of $150. The apartment was never ready to begin with and at no point did they tell me. I called every day for weeks and nothing the manager never called me. Eventually I managed to speak with regional manager and told them I wanted a refund. They said it takes up to 30 days. It’s been nearly 50 days now which isn’t even legal to take this long. Had to call multiple times get the run around again. They then emailed me that they refunded me to my card instead of by mail like they said they would. They never refunded me my money. They robbed me of $500 and have stopped responding my emails and never call me back. Complete thieves. Do not move here !! Do not move here !"
