Singley Apartments

Singley Apartments offers safe, clean, and affordable college campus apartments for rent in Columbia, South Carolina. Located at 1600 Greene Street, we are the only privately owned "student housing apartments" on the University of South Carolina campus. Our prime location is directly across from the USC College of Nursing, the USC Humanities Complex, and the largest USC Women's Dorm. We are within easy walking distance of all USC Colleges and classes, eliminating the need for bus rides.

Leases are for 12 months and run concurrent with the USC calendar year, with a fall move-in date of August 7th annually. We are currently showing and pre-leasing apartments for next year, so call to reserve your spot early. We offer Studio, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units with reasonable rent rates. Amenities include 400 MBPS Internet, Spectrum Cable Streaming, Trash Service, and Parking (assigned parking and off street by permit).
