"I hate cause I moved there. Let me being at the lady in the front. I don't like at all she so disrespectful coming in my unit like she did than the bat gonna threatened to call the police on me. I got really sick they didn't help out at all. They say send out all kind of notice. The bugs are awful. I called Hud on them and my lawyer. All I got to say is stay away from them. They are scam. Than she keep calling me for what? See u in court"

"These apartments are terrible they are weird down they have roaches spiders and everything apartments the people out here are loud and there is one lady that is always loud yelling"

"This place BERKLEY Pointe has gone down extremely, no management rules enforced and if you choose to live in a project that’s the place to go. No good maintenance, no true office staff? No good Management Staff at All.!! It’s horrible to live there if you like half decent living or no decent living. It’s horrible it’s dirty it’s bugs coming in indoor under the door. Move in at your own risk!!"

"You have to put in work orders way to many times, insects are out of control spiders/ roaches crawl from outside to the inside of apartment, issues with front windows DONT LOCK… someone could easily go in and steal your belongings and also things coming up missing as well. This place is ran down and dishwashers are nasty and don’t work they need new appliances NOT NEW MANAGEMENT!!"
