"I don’t normally rate hotels unless they’re terrible but this one deserves 5 stars. The front desk always goes out of their way to greet you and are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Will definitely be staying here every time I’m in town."

"We could not have asked for more. The whole place was clean and the staff was great! We will happily stay there again when we visit family in the area. The evening host was exceptional. He knew our names and check-in was a pleasure, especially since we had a bad experience at another motel. Thank you!!"

"Check in was great! The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and fast. The kids enjoyed the pool area. Room was very nice and clean. Love it!! But something went wrong at 330 am someone (a man) walked in our room. Talking loud and then walked backed out saying they gave us a room with someone in there. Woke me and my girls up by the way is 7 yrs old. We was so scared and took us awhile to go back to sleep. I called down to the Front desk for 10 mins and no one answered. To make sure I was registered to this room. But far as this little incident everything else was great."

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. We opted for the room with the large jacuzzi hot tub, it was a very nice way to relax at the end of our evening in downtown Greenville, and to soak away the stresses of the regular day to day! When we arrived, we were greeted by a most dapper man named G - he was incredible. His customer service was impeccable, he made us laugh, we felt oh so welcome, and he just seemed like an all around genuine good guy. And when I cam back down to the lobby for coffee, he asked again, in all seriousness, that we were completely content and satisfied with our room and stay. TOP-NOTCH service. When we came back in the later evening, we were excited to be greeted again by G. But, his shift must have ended sooner, because we arrived to a lady who was very short and NOT "G-like"... Eye contact wasn't really a thing, and she just seemed cold, stressed, bothered, just unpleasant... Hence the reason for dropping my service rating above down a star. I even called a few minutes later from our room asking if they sold wine and she said they did, but didn't know what kind (and her tone made it clear that she had zero intentions of walking 5 feet over to the shelf to read the label). When I said thanks and bye, she just hung up and didn't reply with a you're welcome, my pleasure, no problem, sure, bye.... anything! nothing. Definitely didn't feel welcome or appreciated for bringing my business there. Get more G's."

"I stayed at the hotel over the weekend to celebrate a friends birthday and let me say it was great!! the staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything i needed. Stephanie checked me in and out and she was so friendly and had a great personality. i felt like she was a friend i had had for years just catching up when we were speaking. Gee was very helpful and pleasure to talk to as well. the room was very nice and clean. I would most defiantly stay here when i come in for my next visit.."
