"The apartment complex is beautiful and the staff is super nice. Complimentary coffee bar, nice gym/heavy bag area, and a cool grill set up. Lastly, they have carts for resident use for groceries/move-in which is super helpful when you have a lot of stuff and a long walk to your place. 10/10!"

"PROS Everything remains clean and smells clean in the building. Valet trash helps out when you do not want to make the trip to the dumpster. The music on the lawn was a great event. Tons of parking. The bistro is a huge plus and the food is delicious. Everyone has been really nice. CONS Dog poop bins fill up quick and sometimes are full for a couple days. Smells like dog pee sometimes outside of Eastern entrance in the grass (maybe a sprinkler would help or Olban?) No room for bikes in bike storage."

"Best decision ever! My son (11) and I took a leap and moved to Greenville from Georgia in June! Lofts at Woodside Mill was a prayed decision and I am so happy here as a resident! We spent all summer at the pool, the best long days! The views of sunrise and sunset are breathtaking at times. Super pet friendly, and the events that the property managment puts on, has made it extremely easy to make new friends. My son and I hop on our bikes and take the short ride to Swamp Rabbit, usually to Unity Park for basketball and dinner. The staff is so kind and courteous and has worked with me on so many things! I highly recommend you touring the lofts or your Greenville move! Great place to live, great city to thrive in!"

"We love living here. We’re new to renting as we sold our house and couldn’t find another. It was important for us to find a pet friendly place and we definitely found it here. We’re rather picky with the look of the apartment too and it doesn’t disappoint. It went above our expectations when it comes to design and character of the apartment. The windows and ceilings are massive. We wanted lots of light so that was also a selling point. The exposed brick and wood beams/ceiling are beautiful. It just has so much character for the price so we couldn’t be happier with the look of the apartment. The staff exceed our expectations. They’re there for any need we have with a smile on their face. They do little extra things every month for our community too. Victoria leased us our apartment and she’s wonderful! Maintenance is great and always available right away for any issues we might have. There’s so many other things about the apartment we find convenient (even if we don’t use much or at all) such as gym, meeting areas and event space. Having the dog park and restaurant on the property is a nice perk. We haven’t used the pool yet but excited to try this summer. The location of the apartment is also a plus. We can be anywhere we want to be in 10 minutes or less. Overall, very happy with our new home. We will renew our lease if unable to find a home to buy."
