"Tour was amazing. Was shown the apartment but also the community spaces of living there, such as pool, fitness room, etc. The apartment was beautiful and just right for my family of soon to be 4. Great size room for my girls to share a room and love the master room. My favorite thing has to be the kitchen and laundry set. Stephanie was amazing and sweet! Definitely looking forward to living here in the future."

"Price gouging, useless amenities, and impossible office. • The pool is closed outside of the office's business hours. If you have a job, you're not going to get to swim. • Half of the fitness center machines are broken. • We recently got our rent renewal letter, and our rent is going to increase by OVER 15%. Nobody I know got anywhere close to a 15% raise last year. • COCKROACHES. A few get inside every month, countless are on the stairs every day. • I've left countless phone messages for the office and never once received a callback. You have to go in-person to get ANYTHING done. Only call the phone number on their website. The phone number for their google listing never gets answered. • The parking lot was "refinished" a few months ago, but such a cheap job was done that you can't tell it ever happened. The patching done on cracks in the pavement is peeling up and littered across the grass. • There are no air vents in the floor, only high on the walls. This makes cooling your apartment in the summer a struggle and makes your power bill frightening. • New stainless steel appliances are only going to new renters. Loyal long-time renters get nothing. • ????They painted everyone's doors baby blue????"
