"Stayed here for a little weekend getaway and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect and within walking distance of a ton of great shops, restaurants, and bars. What couldn’t be walked to was a quick Uber trip away. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Harris Teeter and Food Lion are both ten mins away by car, which was nice. I absolutely loved that there was no front desk clerk or even a front desk for that matter. If you needed anything, a concierge is a short call away. There is an option to have groceries preordered and waiting for your arrival, and while a nice convenience, the selection was limited. Still a great perk. Having a washer and dryer in house was sweet, too. Parking was a small issue. There’s a turnabout in front where we could unload, but parking is a block away to one lot and a short bit farther to another. $15/day wasn’t bad compared to Charlotte parking, but still a cost to consider. My only issue was that we did hear our neighbors above us one night, and while they were not loud enough to ruin our night or our stay, we could hear them. We laughed because it meant our downstairs neighbor was most likely able to hear us too. Another slight issue is that the apartment tended to echo, which probably could be fixed by placing a few decorative pieces in the apartment. Neither issue made our stay negative. We usually stay in Airbnbs and aren’t big fans of hotel rooms, and the Mint House really felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. We loved our stay, the comfortable bed, the space, and the perfect location. We will 100% be back again."
"Loved everything about this place. Very clean, very spacious, and conveniently located in downtown. We loved the fast access to the park and all the amenities surrounding us. Full washer and dryer, supplies, kitchen and full fridge. Large TV, nice bathrooms. We loved the little gifts w in ear plugs and the mask too."
"Loved the hardwood laminate, it was not cold to the bare feet and stylish. Kitchen well set with coffee and essentials. Wish places would get on with how much the landfills are filling up with k-cups, they are completely non recyclable. The kitchen needs a switch to the laundry room light. You can't see until you walk in there. Also badly needed is a coat rack inside the door, really this is a bad oversight. We had to lay our wet coats across the table and counter. Outside of that, it was clean, had a great TV set up, and plenty of seating space."
"It's a self checkin guest house with spacious apartment style accommodations. Clean and well stocked. Great location. Secure. Parking is a little challenging but not a big deal. We parked in a nearby lot. $15/day but we couldn't put our plate in and pay for the length of stay. We had to go out at midnight Friday. No app. Overall, no complaints. I was skeptical because the booking process is lengthy. But we are leaving willing to do it again. It's perfect if you have children. Our unit put an extra queen bed in the walk-in closet, creating a Jack and Jill style second bedroom space. Essentially 3 bedrooms. Only one TV in a family living space big enough for movies and game night. Nice full sized kitchen. We didn't need the washer/ dryer but it is an added bonus. Note, the workout room and conference space are at plaza level, beyond gym. We didn't find them until day two, walking by. No desk. But there was someone in the lobby for q&a during check-in hours."
"Excellent location for being located in downtown Greenville. Hotel staff was extremely helpful. Room was very clean. Well appointed with everything that you could possibly need Conveniently located. If I have to travel again, I will be looking to see if there is a Mint House where I would be travelling."
