This place is trash. Do better. Any good reviews u see were posted by ppl who work here so they lie and scam too"

"This community has been great since I moved in a few months ago. Taylor in the office helped me get a renovated apartment and they look great, and are in a great location. I have not had one issue with the apartment or team since living here. I highly recommend this place."

"We love the location of these apartments with a quick drive to downtown Greenville and plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Significant improvements have been made to the property under the new management."

"Probably the best prices you can get on rent in Greenville and my apartment is decent, but be prepared to deal with all of the issues that come with that. On move in day, my AC was broken and has broken 2 more times since, took them days to come fix that and I work from my apartment, so I spent multiple days in a hot apartment trying to work, called the emergency line every day for days with no response. My dishwasher at random started pooling water at the bottom, called maintenance and filed a request and 5 days later we are still at the same point. Lot of changes around the complex (which I'm sure will result in our rent going up at some point) but basic issues go on for days without maintenance or even a check up. As I said, for the money, its a ok apartment. But the issues keep piling up and its annoying to deal with when you pay your rent early every month."

"Mr. Rodriguez has officially filed an eviction notice with the additional fee of "legal action" for this eviction of $150. Know: this place has kids on top of kids now...to afford their rent. Plus the noise and lack of parking this has created. When I went to confront him about this... because I have been paying my rent monthly, he wanted to re-read the lease and his "rights"...that I had signed off on, to me. Warning: this is how the owners/management here is treating people. And they want you to tip toe and beg for their mercy to get anywhere. For your safety and peace...and for that of your kids... please please don't rent at this place!!!"
