"Our daughter and her friend rented a two bedroom while attending the Clemson Business school in downtown Greenville. Great location for that easy walk, next to a nice Publix, had good covered parking. Grounds were well maintained. The management seemed attentive enough. Nothing deluxe but definitely the most reasonably priced, very roomy unit close to the school. Seemed like a safe neighborhood. Easy walk to Yee-Haws. The only negative might be the elevators were kind of slow."

"I loved my experience with Nicole at 98 E. Mcbee! She went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Although there wasn’t an apartment at the time I needed, she still made my experience a pleasurable one. I highly recommend this property for not only customer service, but location!"

"I will say that the location of this apartment complex is great. However, things have really started to go downhill in the past 6 months. Security issues have plagued the building and there is a serious lack of concern from the staff (both front office and maintenance). Leaking ceilings are commonplace on the first floor, and requests to fix them can take multiple days to address. Recently we have had door access issues leading to further security concerns which took multiple days to address and impacted mail delivery."

"Totally unacceptable ... I have multiple comments 1) I had the same issue at least three times with a leaky ceiling. each time I was assured it was fixed, each time, it was not. The ceiling actually fell into the floor on multiple occasions. when the repairs were attempted, i had to do the clean up each time. I have attached three of the pictures. 2) There was a comment, that the reviews were inflated by employee reviews. that is completely true for at least two that i know for sure. Rebecca is mentioned several times in the comments as an employee and i am sure you can see that she also is one of the reviewers. 3) The pool was committed to me when i moved in to be complete in 2-3 months. it was not finished for at least a year later with no reduction in rent. 4) The comment on parking is also correct. I had to pay 100 dollars extra for parking. I also was charged 75 dollars for a parking permit which I returned via mail. 5) The fitness center was closed for multiple months again, part of the reason why i selected the location and again, no reduction in rent. 6) When i moved out, i was also told that 60 days was required plus a month penalty. this turned out to be incorrect. i should have checked more closely as this really cost me for a place that i didn't even live."

"Incredibly overpriced. The staff is nice, the leasing agent and maintenance at least, but the management above them doesn’t care. Parking is $100 a month and not attached to the building. The building has only 1 true amenity, and that is the fitness center. Walls are thin so you hear people in the hallway and the people above you as they walk around in their apartments. Plenty of cheaper options within the same area. Not sure why they consider this place “luxury” when there isn’t anything luxurious about it."
