"Don't be fooled by the good location. Living here for a year and a half has been a headache. First off, the road noise is crazy loud, and the parking is a total nightmare. The management running the place seem like a bunch of clowns. When I moved in, the old management tried to pull a fast one, by charging me an extra $150 a month for parking. We had a big argument, with them yelling at me and my roommate, only to get an email later admitting they were wrong and canceling the extra charge. No wonder they got replaced. Now, the new management towed my car without any warning. When I talked to them about it, they were rude and disrespectful. I checked the lease and found out they're supposed to give a written 24-hour notice and place it on your car before towing, but they just pick and choose the rules they want to follow. They promised to reimburse me for the towing fees, but surprise, surprise, that never happened. Would recommend leasing somewhere else"

"Great location, nice amenities and decent price for the area. Leasing staff is friendly and maintenance responds same day or next. Walking distance to downtown and swamp rabbit trail Mostly young professionals, short walking/driving distance to most major businesses Pet friendly, with a dog park and open green areas to walk your dog Biggest issue while living here was the sound barrier between apartments. Definitely would recommend getting a top floor, as you can hear your upstairs neighbor due to poor insulation."
