"This place is really going from bad to worse, my son gets sick because of the mold that this apartment had, it had humidity and terrible maintenance, when requests are sent they are not answered immediately, they do not change the folders to move to the apartments so we We have to put up with the dirt from the former tenants, the pool was closed 10% of the summers, and the places where the garbage is deposited are really disgusting, you can take a look outside and you will agree with me, this property only it matters. money and set traps to pay fines and fines, don't move here!"

"Westchester has been a great place to live. I moved here from Ohio, sight unseen and took a risk that ended up being a great decision. Its a friendly place where you can easily become friends with your neighbors. My children have made so many friends in this community. The location cant be beat! Maintenance does their best and responds quickly to requests. I think if you keep in mind that these units were built probably around the 70s, and you can keep your expectations in check regarding that, this is a wonderful place to live. The apartment itself isn't perfect there are issues, but nothing that would make the location, community, friendliness, amenities or the PRICE obsolete. If you look at the homes in the surrounding area you will quickly see that this is the only option near here in this price range. The complex has gone through many, many updates and renovations since I moved in and I have only seen improvements. Ive dealt with enough complex's to know that the staff are people you usually avoid and that is not the case here. The staff is wonderful and on top of it no matter what the issue or request is. If you are considering Westchester Townhomes, just do it."

"I moved in earlier this year and wanted to wait until I posted a review until I could make an honest judgement. I’ve lived in many complexes around Greenville. These townhomes are not “new”, but they’ve definitely put some effort into making some of the layouts more renovated which I truly appreciate. Personally, I like older homes so I feel like it adds to the charm. As a single female, I don’t feel unsafe here whatsoever. There’s always children outside, someone walking their dog, or someone having get togethers. It’s diverse which I also really like, and it feels like a true neighborhood. Where I think this place shines is that it’s super easy for me to get in touch with maintenance when I need to. Recently, my heater stopped working and I put in a request and later cancelled it because my silly self didn’t know the temperature controller had batteries. Someone from the front office still called me to ensure I was okay and I didn’t need any assistance because it was going to be the weekend and she didn’t want me to be without heat. I’ve had them come out before to help me install my dryer, and they worked around my school schedule to ensure I’d be home. It was close to the end of their work day and they still came by and did it for me. They are dedicated to taking care of their residents and a lot of places don’t. I truly enjoy living here and it may not be for everyone, but to me this is my home and I am confident I made the right choice. If you’re looking for a place that actually feels like a home, with fantastic management/maintenance, safety, and close to everything, you’ll love it here."

"I have lived here about 10 months and I appreciate the office staff. Jessica and Katie have been so helpful and kind. I enjoy being close to work and shopping. My family has been happy here and maintenance has handled any issues we have had. It is quite and most neighbors are nice."
