"There are a LOT of pros and cons to living here. For the money charged you would expect everything to be top notch. It is not. Service request are hit and miss. The parking is ALWAYS a issue. There are not enough parks for the amount of people living here. Not to mention LOTS on cars that have expired tags. They put a tow notice on them and that is the end of it. Noise is also another issue. There are no playgrounds so kids are ALWAYS running around (usually screaming at the top of their lungs). It starts early in the AM and goes on until LATE at night. It is a pet friendly neighborhood, so expect dogs to be wandering around off leash. The amount of pet waste not picked up is another issue. Make sure that anything discussed in noted in you lease. The office staff changes quite often. Visit at various times through the day and get a clear idea of what you are getting into before you sign."

"Super friendly staff. Apartments are very nice and well kept.. My neighbors are super friendly as well!! Alycia was such a huge help with finding the perfect place for me. Would strongly recommend this apartment! Especially for the location. Everyone has been so kind to me!"

"IF I COULD GIVE IT NO STARS I WOULD!! Rude and inexperienced staff, unfriendly and unkept. Maintenance is a joke, seen various bugs and roaches. Have reported it various times and nothing. Not enough parking for the amount of residents which is disgusting! So take caution because they will tow your car with no hesitation. The rude lady in the front desk is unprofessional and simply doesn’t know how to manage a complex. Save your time and money, there are nicer apartments. Trust me."

"I have been living here for 2 years. It's my second home since I moved to Greenville South Carolina. I love my apartment. The maintenance folks are the best. Robert has always there when I call. The ladies in the office are good also. I haven't known them long but they 2 are willing to help me whenever I call. It feels like home."
