"These apartments do not have any type of of secondary access. Most buildings that require fobs have some kind of secondary way to gain entrance, just in case you walk out without your key, such as a call box. Called to see if I could pay for a second set of fobs and was advised not an available option. Kind of crazy rule to have with no secondary access option and no agents or office on site."

"I LOVED the location of these apartments and layout of the unit I toured. I was so impressed that, out of the all of the complexes I toured, this was definitely in my top 2. I had plans to apply, but I needed to follow up with a few more questions before doing so. So, I emailed the complex and waited for a response... 5 days later and nothing. I decided to reach out to Main and Stone to follow up (I learned on the day of my tour that the same company manages both properties. The staff left Main and Stone to meet me at Canvas Lofts), hoping maybe staff was more responsive to that email inbox... almost a week later and still no response to either email. I am mainly writing to share that, like several of the reviews on Main and Stone suggest (please read them), the management company seems to not really care about much. Them not being responsive to even just my follow-up questions after touring makes me think they wouldn't care at all if I was actually resident here and presented a concern to them. And since I'm here writing a review, a few more things: 1. I wish I would've gotten pictures, but, if you care about a view from a balcony, don't rent a unit on the second floor. Right below the balcony is the huge blank, white space that just ruins the view. Even the tour guide brought up how weird it looked lol 2. If feeling like you're part of a community is important to you, I wouldn't recommend this complex. According to what I saw & was told on the tour, there are no community events or workspace areas and there is no pool. You're literally just paying for a place to live within walking distance to downtown"

"I recently moved into these beautiful new apartments just opened in downtown Greenville, SC. I really like my new place! First, the apartments are designed in a nicely contemporary style but in an understated way. I like the soft earth tones used inside and the kitchen island is great. I really love the walk-in showers which are so hard to find in Greenville. Its a non-smoking environment which is great. Chasidy is the onsite agent and will take great care of you and is always quick to respond and address any little issues that might pop up. I love that its not too big a community and feels more like "home" when you live there. The location is so convenient for getting all around Greenville and certainly makes downtown so easy. This was the best decision I made in my new move to the city!"
