DO NOT MOVE HERE, management doesn't know they're own policies, they'll tell you one thing and then change the story the next time. they will steal your money and never fix the things that break. I'd rather deploy back to Afghanistan than live here again. They treat Veterans like trash too, and Courtney the "manager" just yells and doesn't listen to anything you have to say. I had an issue with my lease, she stomped out of her office, threw a paper in my face with the info highlighted that had nothing to do with my issue."

"This complex is amazing very stylish and up to date with loads of amenities. Courtney leasing consultant was superb. She went over and beyond to help us with our search for an apartment."

"To start, this is not a luxury apartment. This apartment complex is located in the middle of an industrial park. There is also a dog park across the street. You will hear dogs barking all day long and you will also hear the employees yelling at the top of their lungs with at the dogs. I asked for the water filter to be replaced while I was here, they recommended resetting the light vs replacing the water filter. I would recommend changing your water filter. It took 5 weeks for them to get a vendor to fix the elevator. During this time, someone picked up the cup that was sitting on the steps for over 6 months. You can tell they do not walk around their properties. Their month to month rate is 8800.00. To summarize, the management does not respond to emails or calls appropriately. I would NOT recommend living here. There are so many other options in Greenville that are managed responsibly"

"I Agree with others about management here. They are extremely incompetent and leasing staff are careless and misleading! Make sure you see the exact apartment you are renting. I was lied to about my apartment type and am now stuck with a tiny handicap closet. I was not offered a reasonable solution by the property manager and on top of that my monthly rent is still the same.. The property manager is lazy and doesn't respond to emails. The only reason they are getting one star is because George the maintenance manager does care and tries to help. I can hear the dogs barking across the street and the people in the building across and behind me are always playing loud music during the night! I can also hear music constantly from the apartment above me. The dog park is nothing but dirt and mud and can hardly be used!!! Not luxury and not worth the monthly cost of rent! I will not renew when my lease is up!"

"I lived here and ran into issues of domestic violence and drug dealing within the community, calling police on numerous occasions. When I asked to end my lease early (to move to a SAFE place to live), they did not waive any move out fees and did not accommodate me, other than offering me to switch to another apartment across the way. Aldon then created a bill a year after I moved out that was not accurate. I received no notification following moving out that I owed something until a YEAR later. I attempted to dispute this numerous times in person with staff and over the phone and email with Aldon Management, and they did not take a single action to help me after they said they would contact the collection company. This bill will now affect my credit score negatively. I am so incredibly disappointed in how this company handled my case, as I feel like the struggles I went through with my unsafe neighbors warranted more support and care from this management, which I got none of. This unexpected move was a massive financial and mental/emotional burden that I now have to carry for a long time. I truly do not recommend living here. Not only do they tolerate and let in these types of residents living here, but they didn't take action to make sure I was supported during my stressful time living here with multiple traumatic incidents occurring. I would truly not even recommend bringing children or families into this community."
