"Over the holidays we have stayed with my daughter twice. Her apartment is on the second floor and the noise coming from the apartment directly above her is absolutely terrible. The floors and walls must be extremely thin in these apartments. I would never recommend an apartment on the first or second floor of this facility."

"Jacquelyn Yearout have me a tour of this property and can I just say whatever they are paying her they need to double it!! Her attitude alone is enough to make you want to buy into the place. She was extremely friendly, smiled the entire time and was one of the few leasing specialist I’ve seen that looked happy to be at work. She was very delightful and the apartments are beautiful, but I just wanted to give a review and brag on her!"

"Kelly at Carolina Point Apartments has been such a huge help as my husband and I have had to find a new apartment at the last minute due to an injury he sustained at work. She helped us find a wheelchair accessible unit with great features that was also conducive to our budget. With all the bumps and hiccups, Kelly has made sure our transition process is smooth and stress-free. This place is amazing and we can't wait to start the next phase of our life here!"

"Delightful community! Exceptionally responsive management! Friendly and professional. Residents are friendly and helpful to each other. I feel safe here. Lovely courtyard in my section. Nice landscaping, fountain, pergola, pool area. Well maintained! Garages available! 2 B 2Bath. 5x5 pantry! 2 Linen closets. Wide laundry area w/shelf- Space for cleaning supplies. Ladies~ Bath vanity top is large enough to work with makeup and hair appliances!! 2 good size drawers! Closets are OK. Only drawback is L/Rm needs larger window!!"

"I recently moved in and would like to thank Kelly as she was nice, personable and attentive at move-in,. Also, I would like to acknowledge Jacqueline as she was and is beyond amazing!! Jacqueline has been very responsive and helpful from start to finish.. you are a true gem Jacqueline and that speaks volumes… last but not least, I had a maintenance order I needed resolved., I want to give a shout out to (Ron) and (Zaire) who completed a work order for me in a timely manner.. Zaire, also completed a mini project for my bathroom, he is knowledgeable and certainly knows his craft..Thank you maintenance team, you guys are real wizards!!!"
