"We haven’t had much interaction with the main office since we moved in 7 months ago, as we haven’t needed it… but that’s a good thing! I will say that living underneath someone is absolutely awful. You can hear every footstep, door close, etc throughout the day, and ESPECIALLY at night when everything’s quiet. It’s very frustrating. On top of that, we’ve spoken to the neighbors above us, and they are just going about their daily lives… not stomping around and tossing bowling balls like we had thought. Even making an effort to be more light on their feet, and it hasn’t helped. We hear EVERYTHING (and I mean everything) they do up there… The real star of the show is KEN, the head of maintenance! The friendliest, kindest, hardest working guy on the property FOR SURE. Ken works so hard to get to each thing on his task list done as quickly as possible and even does extra in each space. For example, our garbage disposal pipes burst this morning so we called just for that…, and he showed up within 15 minutes, fixed the pipe, cleaned everything under the sink, and even helped fix a couple outlets that we hadn’t even realized were out. Give that guy a raise because he MORE than deserves it. TLDR; 3 stars for the complex as it’s well taken care of, but the thin floors drive us nuts… 10 stars for Ken for being the best with what he can do"

"Happy to have lived there for 3 years. Very clean, quiet, plenty of parking, and great staff. Ken is so friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking. He always took care of any requests and always had a smile on his face...I never saw him in a bad mood. I hope they always take care of him because he deserves it!"
