"We moved in about 3 weeks ago. So far, we really like it. The homes do not feel like apartments; they are very quiet and spacious. While rent may seem high, I feel like the exchange for the non-apartment feel of single story open floor plans with attached garage is worth it. Plus, it is a pet friendly community (and I’m hoping they get a dog park put in soon)! Kristen, the leasing agent and property manager, has been communicative and helpful. We love Wilson - who maintains the properties. He is very friendly, courteous, and attentive. We’ve had very limited experience with the groundskeepers so I cannot comment on that. We’ve lived in lots of places - owned homes and rented - so we know there is no perfect place and I feel we have reasonable expectations. We really appreciate the quality of this property and the neighborhood atmosphere it provides."
