"This place is terrible! Maintenance requests?! Don't even bother! Madison, the office manager (or should I say the 5th and most disrespectful office manager since I've been here) and her associates treat me like I am a problem every time something in my aparmtent is broken! I've even been asked why I don't transfer to a different unit if my apt is falling apart so bad!!!! I've never been so disrespected by an apt complex in my life! And I've lived here and paid rent on time for 5 years now! Do NOT rent here!!!!"

"My family have lived here since 2019 , through 5 managers I had empty promises to fix stained water ceilings to broken blinds, spot painting , and a folding door that actually fell on me, Recently we had a flood in our apartment that accumulated over 2 inches of water everywhere from there water heater. Instead of offering some kind of compensation for all the stress and dealing with this I have 12 industrial fans going and a carpet that is at least 6 years old smelling like a dead body. . Oh by the way management offered to replace the carpet if I paid 50 percent , need I say more. ?"

"My maintenance requests go unanswered for days. Nothing gets done until I send a follow up email requesting they send someone out. I submitted a request on 10/15 for the light in my kitchen to be replaced and it's now 10/24 and still no light! I also received email confirmation on the 15th that the request was received.I've been without kitchen lights for over a week. The ceilings are very high and you'd need a ladder to change them. Earlier in the month I needed a microwave replacement. It took a week to get and there's no installation required. I also had a leak which also took over week to fix. Each time I've had to reach out via email after following protocol they put in place. I've been here for over 4 years and it has not always been like this. In the last year it's been horrible living here."

"My fiancé and I moved from out of state a year ago and we chose Polos as our new home. They worked with us and made the process smooth and simple. Our experience has been great. I love the location. We’re 15 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the mall, about 17 minutes from BMW. It’s a quiet and safe community compared to many that we have visited. People who have complained about roaches may not be aware of the palmetto bugs that are notorious around here. No matter where you live you will eventually come into contact with them in your home. They are impossible to completely avoid in this region. We have only had two in the last year we have been here and they are the only bug we have had. The staff has been great and have made any changing transitions smooth and they have gone out of their way to help us. They also have little celebrations for the holidays, which are always appreciated."

"EDIT: I wanted to add a huge thank you to maintenance for tending to my grandmother, especially to Mike. I would give him 5 stars if I could. Thank you for doing your best for her. ….. My grandmother lives here - I don’t even know where to begin with this place. She’s been here for a few years now and the only complaint I would have said was she has problems with roaches. But..a pipe burst and flooded part of her apartment back in July. As a result, she has mold growing in her bathroom and “painting” over something is not how you take care of it. If I wanted her to save money she could be staying out of a roach motel cheaper than what she pays here. I don't want that for my grandmother though. I wanted somewhere she would be safe and taken care of and wouldn’t be breathing in black mold for months, especially when she has bad asthma. Management knows about these issues and yet there is nothing that has been done. The pictures I’m showing are of 10/22/2022. I don’t want apologies from management, I want it fixed and I’ve exhausted every place I can think of to get this resolved, so here’s my google review. Take care of it."
