"Very well and unkept the grass is cared and cut trash is picked up not great parking but if you’re arriving there late in the night of course theres no parking pool is kept up and was painted the manager is excellent and tim is a great worker hes a hard worker and he responds fast and gets things done just some of the tenants are sketchy and some like to steal but overall a well and spacious area to live, lives close to a middle school a elementary school and a highschool both 5 min drives but some of the kids like to mess things up or act like they are stupid and run in the parking lot which is dangerous and seriously needs some fencing behind buildings 400"

"I love my apartment! And Ellen, our manager is a saint, helping me during hard times. The maintenance staff respond in minutes, 24/7, and are so humble and grateful. The parking may be tight, but that is just an added benefit as I try to reach my 10000 steps per day. Great neighborhood, convenient to everything including my grandchildren, and all within walking distance. Come here, price reasonable for a gorgeous apartment with all amenities!"

"They have very strict rules and act like they are pristine and upkept. there are piping issues that won’t be fixed. several people have breathing issues in the apartments that clear up when you leave the apartment. there is a very big lack of security. and the rules don’t match the quality of the complex. -family of tenant"

"Listen I use to love it here. First year great!! No problems maintenance is great and all. Second year got kind of rocky but Kristie didn’t play and she made sure the crime going on was stopped immediately. She had police patrolling and all. When things happen she came to the complex immediately and handled it. Who we got now. Ugh!! It’s awful. People breaking in cars. And fighting the garbage has piled up backed there. The people get away with loud noises and disturbing other tenants. We will be moving soon. I don’t feel a bit safe here anymore. No parking. Don’t come unless you desperate."

"Good apartments for the price. Soundproofing is not great (we live on the 3rd floor and can hear downstairs neighbors at all hours, and neighbors in the breezeway). Grounds can be a little on the grungy side. Maintenance is wonderful! Noticed our AC wasn't working very early in the spring during a heat wave. Maintenance guy noticed the unit wasn't working and fixed it before we had called to request repair!"
