"Really a very nice place to live. It’s quiet. Our neighbors are friendly. It’s nice neighborhood to take a walk. Maintenance is outstanding. If we have a problem Justin promptly takes care of it. He is very polite and friendly. He takes care of the problem the first time. We are very happy here."

"We had some surprise visitors. Mice decided to visit our pantry. We called for maintenance and Justin and Tommy came within the hour, brought the proper sticky traps, pulled out the stove and refrigerator to find where the critters might have entered and blocked places with steel wool and some type of metallic tape. Four mice were caught in two days and so far there have been no more. On the same day, our air conditioning went out. Justin targeted the problem and we were up and running in short order. Our maintenance crew are a gift to us residents."

"Overall, our 3 year living experience at Redwood was great. We loved having a garage and space. It is super dog friendly and we felt safe. It was a plus having trash, water and sewer billed with our rent! Downside-no amenities (pop gym, dog park), no fenced in yard and the flooring throughout the kitchen and other common areas was awful, cheap laminate that peels easily."

Today I had a small emergency and reported problem and Justin our Maintenance man was here within 5 minutes. Didn’t leave until situation was resolved.
