"I have a family member living here they have been going up on rent they had a fire months ago burned the laundry room so they have no washer and driers the pool is green has been for months the smell is horrible I feel like if these folks can't have what the apartments advertised why is it ok to keep raising rent on them when these folks are struggling >>>as of 9/24/22 the pool area and laundry area play ground remains the same actually its worse pool chairs inside the pool trash scattered around on the playground area pool smells bad I truly hope that they don't raise the rent on these tenants these aren't claims these are factswould they If I could give zero stars they raised the rent on these tenants from 75$ to 100$ these apartments aren't worth 800$ plus they still don't have anything like the advertised the pool no laundry room still"

"I love living here. Very quite an the people that live here are very friendly..gcl V. Everyone that works here are very nice and helpful. They are making updates to the apartments and it's looking great. The new manager is so sweet, and very helpful with your needs. You see her out and about alot.. The last manager was very rude.. She was not helpful at all.. She stayed in the office and never was polite.. You need to revisit if you haven't been here in awhile.."

"I love living here in HUNTING ridge.... The management is BEYOND AWESOME! there is Never a time where I have to sit and wait on a call .. maintenance is GREAT ... If a ticket is put in, better believe they are here the next day to fix it. .... I would recommend these apartments to anyone ... Nothing I can say bad except I wish there were washer and dryer connections inside the apartment .. other than that , everything is GREAT ... THANKS FOR EVERYTHING"

"The apartments up keep inside and out is very poor. The office manager is very rude and unprofessional. The maintenance man always reeks of alcohol. Everytime my son goes to the pool without me the maintenance man picks on him. Someone stole my laundry from the laundry room and nothing was done about it. Half of the washers and dryers don't work properly.There was bedbugs in my apartment when I first moved in and they wanted to charge me for treatment. More than one of my neighbors have complained about bedbugs. These are very over priced for the hassle that comes with it."
