"I set up a tour online and received a confirmation email that it was set for 10:30AM. Supposedly their office opened at 10am on Saturdays, posted directly on the door. My husband and I drove out there with our 1 month old baby and stood in the cold outside calling over and over again with no response. The lights were off in the leasing office and the doors were locked. We tried knocking as well. I tried calling the day before to confirm my tour and they never picked up their phones once. Bad customer service, don't seem to care about their customers."

One one occasion I was woken up on Labor Day weekend to a man literally tearing out my bedroom window. On another I was given 5 days notice to have my entire apartment packed up so the carpet could be replaced. Find somewhere else to live"

And instead of him providing suggestions & empathy, he argues with you and asks why haven’t you been called the issue in. I’m so ready to move out these apartments!!"
