"Riverside was the most amazing place to live for my time in Greenville. My move in process was wonderful, Andrea and Rebecca are the friendliest and more helpful leasing managers I’ve ever met. Billy from maintenance is an absolute gem of a man and always came to my rescue for help weather is was just needing my license plate changed or simple maintenance issues, he always went out of his way for me. The dog park was great and I made almost all of my favorite friends there. Events are super fun and versatile. Overall, I can not recommend this community enough. Having now moved out of state for work, living here is what I miss the most."

"I moved to Riverside apartments December 27 of 2022. I have had the pleasure of getting to know Rebecca and Andrea who are amazing and always there to help you in anything you need. It will almost a year I have been here. I have throughly enjoyed so many perks and benefits living here. The amenities are amazing as they have a state of the art gym, resort style pool (which I took advantage of during the summer), working pods, and one of my favorites a coffee station for such a coffee lover as me. I was excited to decorate my apartment to make it cozy and personal to me. I have attached a picture of the entrance of my apartment which I enjoyed decorating. The convenience of having the Swamp Rabbit Trail at a distance is great as I am able to enjoy bike riding through the trails and of course you can't miss going to the Swamp Rabbit Cafe and order their delicious cappuccino among all the other delicious foods and smoothies they have. I highly recommend this location. So, go ahead and make that call to come see these beautiful apartments. =)"

"Such an amazing place to live!!! I love being right beside the trail and so close to downtown. We can easily walk to Unity Park too which is so nice. We’ve been here for over 2 years and I can’t see myself anywhere else. Amazing amenities with amazing staff, you can’t beat it!"

"I relocated to the area last month and toured most of the complexes in the area. Riverside was my first tour and I should have stopped there! By far the best option for me - the staff has been so kind and welcoming. The move in process was easy, and the staff was very helpful when I had questions. Love the location and being close to the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The dog park is fantastic and the other residents have been very friendly!"
