"I left my framing gun (in very good condition) to replace one broken screw, after pass 2 weeks, since they didn't call me, I went there and ask for my gun, they couldn't find it, they told me to wait for few more days, after pass 2 more weeks I went there again, and they bring this old gun and says here is your gun.. I was .... I'm sorry but this is not my gun.. and he said (the old bald guy with glasses that is responsible for fix tools) Do you have proof ? Do you have pictures of your gun ??? Well no, I don't but I do know my tools, to make this short, I had to keep this old gun if I want to leave with a tool, basically take or leave. They lost not just one customer but a few... Hope this will help someone. if you know another place to go buy tools, nails, or fix your tools.... believe me will save you a lot money."
