"Would suggest buying your appliances from someone else. Ferguson has long lead times, does a terrible job communicating changes in scheduling, you deal with so many different people there is no continuity on whats going on or when, and the cherry on top was that they installed a broken ice maker after 15 months of waiting for it. Now we are dealing with the service department which is equally frustrating."

"Purchased a 6k cast iron tub from this location in June; service then was not the level for which the items are priced. The drain required for our bathtub was on back order and was told would be August delivery; we agreed since it is a reno and had other things to handle first, well August turned to September then October. The drain itself was pricey almost 400; but the issue I have is having to call for update or even alternate options. Our sales person Jessie did not call, did not return calls and when he did it was basically a nothing we can do it’s the manufacturer. Spoke then to a Melinda who stated she called manufacturer and drain was ready to ship and we would receive next week. Didn’t hear anything as always; got a call from Jessie after 2 months who stated it was slated for Nov 28 delivery. Asked him about young lady who gave us info and he said he would look into it and call back that’s a whole diff story. After back and fourth between the both of them drain is back to not available until end of November. Spoke to a Jerry today and he said per Melinda we can opt for a chrome that’s in stock to pass inspection then return when white comes in but will have to buy two but he isn’t a salesman to give specifics. The overall service has been garbage told him I am at the point I need a manager and he tells me it’s not their fault it’s the manufacturer all they can do is call for update and if it’s out of stock it’s out of stock. Don’t shop here once you buy they don’t care about keeping you as a customer. Now I wait for Jessie to call which will probably be after Christmas."

"Ferguson's sells tankless hot water heaters for professionals. I originally bought a tankless hot water heater for Home Depot for less. Don't waste your money. Get a forever unit! Very happy with this purchase after 7 months. I recently returned the skirt that I bought to go with it. They refunded my money after 7 months! Every installer recommend I purchase from them. Awesome! Shop around for installation...it costs more than the unit."
