"We arrived at this hotel at 9pm, an hour after we made reservation. The door to the lobby was closed and there was no bell or phone number that could be used to get any communication. I called the phone number listed in Expedia and no one answered me. This is the first time this has happened to me, after a long drive I end up on the street at night. Considering that it is indicated that the reception should be open until 11 pm. When I was trying to find one of the staff, a guy who looked like a drug addict came up to me and started asking questions, very annoying. He said that the woman from the reception is in shower and would come soon, and he wanted to help. Said that we should wait and he'll be back soon. My daughter was scared and my elderly mother was also stressed. There was no one else around, it was a dangerous situation. We had to leave before real trouble happened. Dangerous place! Not for women, not for children, not for anyone!"

"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE STAY! We were forced out by the extremely rude loud and boisterous group that apparently “owns” The place! No customer service after 11pm. Had the clerk tell them turn their radio in their car down TWICE before even she told us to call the police which we did. Bottles being smashed outside our room, FIFTY PEOPLE THAT DON’T STAY THERE PARTYING IN THE PARKING LOT, disgusting behavior. And had to fight just to get our money back after having to leave at 1am and Get a different room for safety"

"So last weekend I was on a drive it was getting late so I decided to stop at this hotel. Upon arrival it took 10 minutes to wake the front desk attendant up to inquire about a room. The office is similar to day care, the ladys daughter was running around and slamming the door. After she rambled on with meaningless conversation and asking me if I was married. In which I am happily married. She then proceeded to tell me that the credit card machine was down. She said if I paid cash I would have to pay a 50 dollar deposit on top of 107 for a single room that did not match the price they had online. I told her I will have to just look elsewhere, so after I waisted my time I still left without a room. Never go here"
