Days Inn by Wyndham Richmond Hill/Savannah

"We booked the Days Inn by Wyndham Richmond Hill/Savannah for 1 night; however, we stayed for only 4 hours before choosing to sleep in our car. Upon being assigned to our room, we checked our room and discovered a large amount of dirt and trash in the bed. It appears they did not wash the sheets, they just made the bed. We requested another room that was 100% better. The only problem we had was the amount of roaches. Growing up in the south, bugs are a constant problem; however, when you find one in the bed, one on the wall, one in the fridge, one crawling in your suitcase, and one landing in my hair after getting out of the shower, you tend to believe there is an issue. This Days Inn is located directly behind a Denny's, so I assume it is the restaurant dumpster that is attracting the bugs. Needless to say, we quietly left our keys in the room and slept at the rest area down I-95. Staff was extremely ready to resolve the situation; however, after moving twice, we opted not to keep trying for a semi-decent room"

"worst motel I have ever been to. incredibly nasty rooms, no cleaning service, maintenance was poor, the pool they advertise is closed. we had to go to the office every day for our towels and rags. the front desk offered us bleach to clean our own room with. we had to change out the light bulb in our bathroom ourselves. despite being in the non smoking section, the smell of Marijuana fills our room through the holes in the wall to the adjacent room where apparently the pot smoking Olympics is taking place."

"DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL COSTS Checked in early this morning about 1:30 and was too tired to notice anything. This morning my wife and I woke up to loads of bug bites. Realized the sheets were never cleaned between stays as there was makeup on them from the previous person who used it on the inside of the sheets (my wife doesn't wear makeup), everything felt sticky, potentially mold above the door. There's no seal between the door and the door jam. and there was some weird yellow stuff left on the TP roll before we got there. We were in room 254. ALSO when I checked us out early, the person I checked in with charged me $50 w/o telling me and then listed it as a "deposit" even though we had paid for our reservation in full through a booking site. As of now, uncertain if any refund will be seen."

"There is a reason this place is so cheap, and it's not because it's a good deal. The rooms are nasty and muggy. The walls have holes and peeling paint. The shower curtain had some sort of staining on it, and the water pressure was like a trickling sink. UPDATE: I FOUND A LIFE STAGE 5 BEDBUG AND AN EGG SACK AFTER WRITING THE ABOVE REVIEW! Luckily the front desk staff were nice and refunded the stay. They also seemed to not be surprised about the bedbugs when I showed them the photo."

"Checked with no problems. Was told I needed to give a $50 room deposit because I booked through a 3rd party website. Also had to pay $10 pet fee for my dog. Had a hard opening the door to my ròom, room 136. The room I got needs some repairs. The faucet on the sink was loose. When I turned on the bathroom light, roaches scurried off to hide. The TV didn't work."
