"If you are looking for a run down cheap hotel, this is the place for you. It's clean and the beds are comfortable. NO BUGS The owner is obviously doing their own repairs and are not tradesmen. It's inexpensive, clean and comfortable; just what we were looking for for a two night stay near Savannah."
"Excellent Service during our recent 45+ day stay! Kind and a gracious owners! Excellent housekeeping staff checked in on us daily to see what if anything was needed!"
"BED BUGS and terrible service! This hotel, and their customer service, is FOUL. I had a reservation on 10/6. Arrived at 2am on 10/7. First impressions of the room were bad. Immediately pulled the sheets on both beds, to find 3 live gnat-sized bugs and some hair. I immediately went to the front desk, luggage in tow, and asked for a refund. I was initially offered one, but then when he saw my reservation was through "Expedia" (my booking was through Priceline but I digress) he said I'd have to take it up with them. I asked repeatedly for written documentation of the refund and/or the fact I was vacating the room, and he refused to provide it. (He also didn't know the word "elevator" when I was initially trying to take my luggage upstairs) Additionally, the door to my room (240) could not be latched from the outside. All the other local hotels were sold out at this point, and my only option was to sleep in the back of my rental SUV, with no blankets and no pillows. 3 hours of sleep in a car were not what I was looking for in the midst of a 7 hour drive home (before another long night of work) following a 3.5 week tour sleeping in a tour bus bunk every night, but it's what I got. Today, I called Priceline to rectify the matter. It took me 90 mins, and 2 calls from the Priceline reps to the hotel, to receive a refund. On the first call, "Danny at the front desk..advised that the booking is non-cancelable and nonrefundable...and...denied our request." Fortunately the supervisor was able to talk them into it in a follow-up call. The refund I was seeking was a whopping $57. The fact that it required another hour and a half of my life to secure it, following the gross customer experience on Saturday, added insult to injury. If you are considering booking this hotel, be advised you are likely to get what you pay for. See 3 attached pictures of crushed bedbugs on hotel linens."
"They said you could smoke in the rooms then we get there and you can't. DONT PLUGE IN LAPTOPS you will blow a fuse and the guys at the front desk act like you did it on purpose then they make a big stink about moving you to a different room. Also they said they had connected rooms they do not! The only good thing that came from that motel was peach world. Oh and wedding not have a top latch and the dead bolt did not work."
"Place was easy to find. The staff needs better customer service skills though. Every last one of them were rude. The room was not at all up to any kind of good standards. Holes in the wall, ac falling apart, smoke detector was gone, bathroom door looked like a freaking pit bull ate the inside of the door and it smelled like someone's grandma smoked in the room then died in it. Not a good experience at all. I Travel for work and have been to lots off places but never been to a third world hotel before."
