"I had a terrible experience. I left my wedding ring to be reset and was told the designs would be ready by the end of the week. I understood the holidays may slow them down so after 2 weeks I called and asked about the designs. I was told they would be ready the next Monday and was promised a phone call with an update. I finally called in Wednesday morning but was told Mary Alice was busy but would return my call. I had to call again and Mary Alice promised, again, that the designs would be ready the following Monday and she would call me. After not hearing anything, I just went and picked up my original rings. I expected more from Hale’s since they have been in business for so long. Why not just be honest? I will definitely not go back and will let my friends and family know about my terrible experience."
