Had me drive all the way back home to get a cord for them and then returned back to the store for them to say now they won't take it. Been a customer of theirs over a decade. And they have lost my business. Everytime they change staff some bull comes with it. Bennie the only one that is a familiar face."

"Worst pawnshop I've ever been too as far as pawn loans. Needed a small loan for transportation costs , so I attempted to pawn my 200$ Metabo, ( formally Hitachi) framing nailer and my 120$ laser level for 50$. No-go. Offered 10$ for each one. And they worked great! And....they were selling similar nail guns in worse shape than worse for over 100$. Talking about cheap! I'll never go back!"

"I was in the store looking to buy some tools. While I WAS STANDING in line waiting on my turn at the counter I heard the lady working at the counter refer to a child that just left as "half breed". She said his mother should've done the world a favor and aborted him. I was disgusted so I sat my tools on the counter and explained that I wanted to speak to a manager. The woman said " I am the manager." She had on a plain black shirt and no name tag so I have no way to identify her. But I would stay as far away from the people as possible. This is a sad day because Ive been into this store both buying and selling items for YEARS. Ive never seen this level of hateful and disgusting customer service."

"I would not recommend buying any electronics item here. My boyfriend and I went in, looking for a laptop with Windows 7. While checking out the laptops, one was missing a charger and another wouldn't work without the charger being plugged in.I ended up buying a laptop here anyways. I got home and the laptop wouldn't stay on unless charger was plugged in, even when the battery was "charged". The laptop also had a password set on it. I called Cash America, and the password they gave me was incorrect. The store closed at 7pm, which was the time I called them back. They refused to let me exchange the laptop that I just bought 20 minutes prior. I explained that my situation was urgent , as I use the laptop for work, but they still refused to let me exchange it. When I returned the laptop the next morning, they didn't even apologize and acted like it wasn't a big deal. I have worked in customer service for 17 years, and this is not the way I would ever treat any customer. I will never buy anything from Cash America again."
