"I was informed when my delivery was going to arrive. On the day, I was informed when they were 30 minutes away, which gave me time to contain my dog. They turned up looked at the stairs and said they were not a problem. They had the old mattress downstairs and in the van in 5 mins and 5 minutes later the new mattress was upstairs and in place. The two men were very nice and polite, and they listened to my suggestions, which helped them. A job well done!!! Thank you!!"

"I heard from them today they promised delivery next week! I will update when it gets here. I upgraded this from 1 to 3 stars and will modify on the 9th when I see my furniture! Update: Furniture arrived in pristine condition as promised! This company is a 3rd party logistics company and the company above them Unified was delaying deliveries! Kingsway got the job done"

"This has been the worst delivery experience I have ever encountered. This company has obscure hours, and doesn’t answer the phone during their open hours and does not return voicemails. My order has been in their hands for over 2 months and I have not heard from them. At this point they are withholding my order. The company I purchased from has just referred me to this company as having my order repeatedly. I would highly advise to check with companies on who their logistics partners are before making a large purchase, because I would highly advise against using this company to manage any of your property or deliver anything to you. Edit: I reached out to the manager via email and finally received a response after posting this review. He was nothing but rude back to me when I expressed my concern about my order and mentioned I have not heard from them, doubting my claim. As a customer, this is disappointing when all I am trying to do is receive my order that they have been in their possession for over 2 months!"
