"I called to make an appointment almost 4 weeks ago, but since I called on a Friday they said I would get a call after the weekend to get my info and make an appointment. The next week goes by without a call back, so I called that Friday and asked why I hadn’t been called. They said that they had a note to call me and they knew that no one had yet, guessing that it was because they were booking four weeks out and saying that I should get a call soon. It has been WEEKS since and still no call. I have been treated terribly as someone who is looking for help with mental issues and emotional distress. Shame on this practice!"
