"I wish I could rate the service we received from our provider (5 out of 5, thank you Lorraine) and overall satisfaction with the center (not 5 out of 5). We waited for over two years to get into Bloom. We were then discharged within the first few months because we had to cancel multiple appointments due to contagious illnesses that would have easily spread to staff and, therefore, other children that visit Bloom."

Also, Kelsey Green, is an absolute pleasure to work with. She was empathetic and made me feel heard. "From the first time I had communication with them up until now, I have experienced nothing short of amazing staff members/therapist, a warm and welcoming environment and amazing communication! I am still a client there and I absolutely love it! They always try to accommodate you and add appointments if needed. Thank you all for creating such a high positive environment, safe spaces for all and working so hard each day to make the world a better place one day at a time! I appreciate all of them from the receptionist, to the therapist and everyone else inbetween! My therapist is top notch, and I believe ALL of them are! "Bloom has great prices and great therapists! They told us off the bat that medicaid is only accepted as primary and not secondary and the BCBS prices were super cheap around 89-85 bucks! That’s a steal most therapy companies charge around $200 plus . This is an amazing company and the women that work there are great . I have three children and two my girls went to bloom and saw Madeline! They loved her and thanks to bloom my family is stronger than ever. Thank you bloom."
