"I ordered a SM dress online for store pick up and when I got home and tried it on the dress is much larger, I’m normally a 4-6 and it was way to big. I’ve been traveling and the store closes at 4pm so the times I went by to return they were closed. One day I got there a few minutes after 4 and they saw me and the door and ignored that I was there. So I went to return it today and they refused. Keep in mind return policy... 13 days store credit only. I was planning to shop around and potentially buy something else today, but with that kind of return policy I’ll take my business elsewhere."
