"I have been trying now for two weeks to do a return for an online purchase made by my patient who is quadriplegic and can’t try on clothes in store - but Aeropostale recently integrated a new system that is quite user unfriendly and has been causing lots of problems - yesterday 12/14 mid Christmas season an angel by the name of Christina store manager and her associate Evangeline made this all possible by graciously actually taking the time to care about the customer. Well done ladies, well done. Management should DEFINITELY give these girls the raises they deserve! Thank you so much!!"
"The absolute worst customer service I've ever had. They are the worst. I am so furious. My package was never delivered I called the customer service he was so rude and argued with me like it was my fault I didn't receive the package. Wth?"
"Have been trying to contact customer service for over an hour. Lost shorts that were ordered online in store. No one can find my order and I have been on hold and hung up on three times. Will never shop at this place again! No one has answered and on hold for over 45 min. Spoke to someone then on hold and finally hung up on. Crazy! So now out 60$ no shorts! Awesome!"
