"A lot of the clothing had stitching issues... it seemed to be a problem with almost everything in the store (clothes wise) regardless of the brands. Didn't purchase anything. Prices were a bit too high for products of low quality."

"Horrible customer service. Was attempting to buy a toy for my daughters birthday present. They couldn’t find the price for a cheap squishy banana toy. I waited patiently for 20 minutes before leaving. I had to ask for updates on the situation. I looked up the toy at other stores and asked if they could just charge me the same price. I asked if a manager could override the transaction and add any price for the toy. All no answers. Additionally, they continued to checkout other customers and made me keep waiting. They also worked returns and other customer service issues for other customers instead of attending to my situation that I had been waiting twenty minutes to resolve. I felt as though they were waiting me out so they didn’t have to deal with their own pricing issues. They won."

"Just left. About 5th time, no one greeted me, no one asked if they could help. This place will be out of business in a year if management doesn’t get a handle on it. It’s a bunch of gen z unmotivated spoiled kids who with the work ethic of a snail."

"Went in an hour before closing (8/17) and was told that the dressing rooms “were closed”. AKA we’re too lazy to go and unlock the dressing room door for you and possibly have to expend energy by having to ring you up should you choose to purchase something. These store associates probably do not get comission however, if managerial staff (responsible for meeting sales quotas) we’re around, I’m sure they wouldn’t be too happy about their employees running sales off due to pure laziness. I have a job too (for which I would happily choose to spend my earnings at this store) and I like to get off on time as well. But I was there ONE HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSED and it’s probably taken more time for me to rant and rave on google than it would have taken these employees to unlock a dressing room, (me) try on three dresses and get rung up. I’ll stick it online shopping. No attitudes online."

"We took a detour back from the coast to go to another Palmetto Moon. I didn't find any home decor, and the children's Yeti cups were gone except for yellow..but they always have great prices and a fun atmosphere. My daughter was able to find a backpack for school and we went ahead and got the yellow yeti for my son for school. We'll decorate it with stickers since yellow wasn't our 1st choice. They also have fun stickers for cups and tumblers. Staff are always helpful and kind!"
