"Maybe great for dresses, but dont recommend Tux rental. Order 1 month in advance. When it arrived, the pants and jacket fit good. Shirt vest and shoes HUGE. poor kid looked like a clown. The girl said there is not much we can do, she stiched the adjustable strap in the back of the vest. She tried a different shirt, still too big and dirty(i will have to wash and iron it). I'm pretty sure it was a retuned shirt from that weekend prom. I went back to get stiched vest and return the shoes and the lady said she would not refund any $ i got what i ordered. She also commented. "I dont know what you expect it's prom season," i said i expected to get what i ordered and paid $ for. I feel they were overwhelmed and could careless about the customer and this special occasion."

"We had a wonderful experience at Tyler Rose. We were pleasantly greeted when we arrived. Both my daughter and her best friend were looking for pageant dresses. The owner and the assistant (Shelby) were amazing with my girls and with us as the nervous parents. Shelby did an amazing job making both girls feel comfortable and finding dresses that suited their styles. My daughter has already asked to come back for her prom dress. "If your looking for a formal/prom dress in every size, thats pretty, and wont break the bank I highly recommend going here. I missed out my senior year several yrs ago and I'm planning to go to an adult 2nd chance prom event in April. I spent the passed 2 days going to countless stores as I'm a xs or size 0 so it's really really hard finding anything that would fit me. I was so tired and just as I was about to give up I went to this place on my way back home. I walked in and was instantly greeted by the manager Rhonda Dinkins and she was very sweet. I instantly was welcomed in and I and finally felt heard when I told her my situation and all that I had been through during my search. She showed me around and had plenty of dresses that were well within my budget and I was so excited that she had a dress that fit me and I fell in love with it. She even entertained my 5 yr old son letting him sit and color pictures while I was trying on. I will definitely be getting my husband in here for his tux fitting and rental. Excellent customer service and I felt like family even that it was my first time being here. Thank you again so much for the dress. I love it."
