"I went in today and was just hit from the start with really rude staff. Like sorry that you may hate your job or life but no need to take out on your customers who are putting money in your pocket. Wouldn’t go back at all. Plus the staff was lazy not helping others in there. Just sitting on the register counter playing on their phone. Absolutely disappointing that the company had gotten this bad."

"Visited the Haywood mall today to do some birthday shopping for myself. Was very disappointed by the way the staff behaved at Pacsun. Love the store. However, employees were sitting on the counter glaring at me from the moment I entered the store. I felt so uncomfortable I had to leave. Was planning on buying some shirts I was looking at but I didnt want to go up to the register. Would highly recommend retraining or staff replacement so that this store can do the business it deserves. May try again in a few months, but likely will not return. I dont go shopping to get frustrated and feel uncomfortable. :( bummed"

"Do not shop at the Pacsun in the Haywood mall. The staff, management included, is extremely rude and disrespectful. Four employees stood with arms crossed behind counter and offered no assistance. When my partner and I finally asked for assistance the manager acted as though we were an inconvenience for talking to her. After bringing up to the manger how poorly we were treated they made excuses, laughed, and defended their disrespectful behavior. Will not return and will share this experience with anyone who thinks about shopping there. Completely unacceptable. Wish the best for the friendly staff we have had in the past. Visited on 9/18/22"

"Went in the store around 7:20 pm. I walked around for 10 minutes while 5 employees stood behind the cash register well SAT ON THE COUNTERS as if customers didn’t matter. The only time I was spoken to was when a girl in a purple tip rushed past me with her auntie Anne’s cup to go to the back. It’s pitiful how horrible customer service is. How do you watch for theft. How do you make sales when they don’t even speak to you. It’s now 7:28 as I write the review and they have continued to just talk and ignore customers and I’m standing right by the register. One girl even has her feet kicked up. It’s truly disgusting that I wouldn’t even want to give my money to this store."
