"I don’t drive so I always have a backpack; commuting between home and work. I was instantly profiled upon entering Roses; do they ask women to leave their purses when they enter? My wallet, cash, medicines, etc are in my backpack. Not to mention what I had just purchased next door at Ollie’s. I won’t be returning; especially since oliies is so close."

"I have never, ever been greeted by any employee in this store. And if you dare ask for help it's like you've interrupted something extremely important. I purchased a defective outdoor ornament and returned it. It was like pulling teeth to get them to help me! AN IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING FEMALE UNDERGARMENTS: They have a big square cart full of panties that are very cheap. They are not only cheap in price but many are stained and have holes and other issues. It's my opinion that most of these should just be thrown away. You have to LOOK at what you're buying because THEY WILL NOT take them back. Purchasing them from the rack at the regular price isn't really that much better. My friend bought some that literally fell apart after one wearing. She tried to return them and they said she could not. I tried to contact the manager and got no response. I then contacted the corporate office and got no response. We will not be shopping here ever again."
