"the employees at this establishment are very nice and respectful. but i have seen the manger scold some employees INFRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS. and make threats to the employees saying that they could be demoted or written up for nothing!! i honestly think the manger is only nice to the customers for a good review. as a customer i shouldn't even be able to know about this stuff but this manager has no respect for her employees and does not care if a customer is watching. a good manger would respect the people working for her because without them there would be no starbucks. she also works painfully slow. When one of the teens take my order and i see her standing ready to make the drink i am automatically upset because i know that it will take ten minutes just to get a small drink. somebody please do something about this!!"
"Young ones didn’t know what customer service is and they gave a half cup filled black coffee which was not hot and charged the full price and didn’t even care to mention that they were out of coffee until I asked why the cup is not filled up."
