"I went to the piedmont location at 10:27p 12/18/23. We pulled to the window, and asked asked for a moment to look over the menu. The lady that came over the intercom rudely stated, "hurry up, I'm about to close." Again it's 10:27p, and the restaurant closes at 11:00p. We had no intention of taking up much time. Customer service here was definitely not a priority."
